Your haemoglobin and ferritin (iron stores) are low, which together often point to low iron. Your white cells are in range. Vitamin D is a little low.

Is MedSays free?
Yes. You can try it without signing up: guests can explain 2 reports a day. A free account explains up to 20 reports a day and keeps your conversations. There is no payment.
What kinds of reports can I upload?
Blood tests, urine tests, cholesterol and sugar tests, thyroid, liver and kidney panels, and most written reports such as imaging, pathology or discharge letters. Upload a PDF, a photo or screenshot (JPG, PNG, WebP), or paste the text.
Do you keep my report?
Not if you use MedSays as a guest: your report is read in memory, explained and discarded, and the chat stays in your browser tab. With an account, your conversations are saved so you can come back to them, encrypted with a key of your own. The uploaded files themselves are never kept. You can delete any conversation or your whole account at any time.
Who else sees my report?
To write the answer, the text or image is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, over an encrypted connection. Under its API terms, OpenAI does not use this data to train its models. Nobody at MedSays reads your reports or chats.
Do I need an account?
No. An account is only useful if you want to keep your chats, use MedSays on several devices or the phone app, or explain more than 2 reports a day. Signing up needs only an email and a password.
Should I remove my name before uploading?
You can, and we suggest it. The explanation does not need your name, date of birth or ID numbers. Crop or cover them in a photo, or delete them from pasted text.
Is this a diagnosis?
No. MedSays explains what the report says in plain words and suggests questions for your doctor. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor. Only your doctor knows your full history.
How accurate is it?
It is usually good at explaining standard lab results, but AI can misread a blurry photo or make mistakes. Check the values against your report, and talk to your doctor before making any decision.
Can I get the explanation in another language?
Yes. Choose from 17 languages, including English, Korean, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Spanish and Chinese. The report itself can be in a different language from the explanation.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes. MedSays works like a chat: after the explanation, ask what a result means, what to ask at your appointment, or attach a newer report to compare. You can also ask general questions about a lab test without a report.
Is there a phone app?
Yes, MedSays is coming to Android and iPhone with the same account, so your chats are on every device. On a phone browser, you can also add medsays.com to your home screen.
What if a result looks dangerous?
MedSays points out results that look far outside the range and tells you to contact a doctor. If you feel unwell, have chest pain, trouble breathing or other urgent symptoms, call your local emergency number now.
Have a report in front of you?
Attach it or paste the text. You get a plain explanation, a chat to ask about it and questions for your doctor, in about a minute.
