Your data and how to delete it

If you use MedSays without an account

We keep nothing. Reports and questions are processed in memory and discarded. The conversation stays in your open browser tab until you close it, or until you press “New chat”.

Delete one conversation

On the website or in the app, open the menu next to the conversation and choose Delete.

Delete all conversations, or your account

1. Sign in at medsays.com/signin or open the MedSays app.
2. Go to Account and privacy (on the website: your name at the bottom left; in the app: Settings).
3. Choose Delete all conversations, or Delete my account and confirm with your password.

Deleting your account removes your account details, every conversation and report, your devices and your security history at once. Our encrypted backups roll over within 14 days, after which nothing is left anywhere.

Download your data

In Account and privacy, choose Download my data to get everything we hold about you as a readable file.

Can’t sign in?

Reset your password at medsays.com/forgot, or write to [email protected] from the email address of your account with “Delete my account” in the subject. We answer within 10 days.
